Kevin Cacciattolo, T.G.I. Friday's senior bartender, was the winner of the T.G.I. Friday's Bar Team Challenge 2004, held on Wednesday, 1st September 2004. Three competitors, all T.G.I. Friday's bartenders were assessed on bar-flaring, pouring of wine, beer and spirits, fruit and mixes sensitivity, wine bottle opening, drinks recipes and suggestive selling, food knowledge, and speed of service. Kevin Cacciattolo will now participate in the T.G.I. Friday's European Bar Team Challenge 2004 to be hosted in Malta next November.
