Louis Farrugia, Farsons Group CEO
Louis Farrugia, Farsons Group CEO, is participating in the Commonwealth Business Forum being held in Trinidad and Tobago between 23rd and 26th November, just a few days prior to CHOGM, the Commonwealth Prime Minister’s Conference.
Mr Farrugia was appointed to the Board of the Commonwealth Business Council soon after he chaired the Steering Committee which organised the CBC Forum held in Malta in November 2005. The Board of Directors is chaired by Mr Paul Skinner, until recently Chairman of Rio Tinto Group. Members of the Board are from all parts of the Commonwealth and are Business Leaders in their own right.
As a Board member Louis Farrugia will be attending a Board meeting and chairing a session on the first day of the Conference entitled “Business Against Corruption”. On the second day he will be speaking at a session entitled “Finance, Technology & Entrepreneurship – Drivers of SME Growth”.
Over 800 delegates are expected to attend the Forum.
