Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. announces that it has published a prospectus dated 10 May 2010 in respect of an issue of €15,000,000 6% unsecured bonds due 2017-2020 of a nominal value of €100 per bond issued at par.
Application has been made to the Listing Authority for authorization of admissibility of the bonds 2017-2020 to listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange. Curmi and Partners Limited is acting as sponsor to the application for admissibility to listing. The value of the bonds prior to maturity may increase as well as decrease. The bonds will be redeemed at par on maturity.
The prospectus will be available as from 17 May 2010. Copies can be obtained, free of charge, during office hours from the Issuer, Stockbrokers, Banks and Authorised Financial Intermediaries as listed in Annex 1 of the prospectus.
