Notice is hereby given in terms of the Prospectus dated 1st October 2002 that the Board of Directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc has resolved to redeem all outstanding SFC 6.6% Bonds 2010-2012 on the 2nd November 2010.
In this respect Bondholders appearing on the register as at the close of business on Friday, 15th October 2010 will be receiving payment of principal and interest for the year. No further trading on this Bond will be possible after Friday, 8th October 2010.
