Notice is given that the 65th Annual General Meeting of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc shall be convened on Wednesday 20th June, 2012.

Nominations for the election of Directors in terms of Article 97 of the Articles of Association are to be submitted to the Company Secretary as from Wednesday 25th April, 2012 and not later than noon of Wednesday 9th May, 2012.
