Don Ross Kinnie School of Basketball will commence on Saturday, 11 September 2004 at 1.00pm.  The training will be held at its home gym at St Martins College in Swatar.

Don Ross, the well known American-Maltese basketball player, said: “Participants will learn the techniques and fundamentals of basketball in order to learn how to play the game professionally.  All teams will participate in the minibasket competitions organised by the Malta Basketball Association. We shall re-introduce our exchange programme with European young teams giving our youngsters the opportunity to challenge their skills with foreign basketball players.”

Youngsters who enroll with the Don Ross Kinnie School of Basketball will be assigned to different categories according to their age.  There are three categories for boys and girls – 10 years and under; 13 years and under and 15 years and under.
