Farsons Group is proud to have collaborated with the University of Leeds to bring to its management team a distinct and prestigious leadership development programme. The Advanced Leadership Programme was designed for functional experts with the aim of honing business skills and shifting mindsets from focus on personal productivity and functional management to a focus on team productivity and general management, thus empowering participants to drive organizational strategy within their teams.
With a rich history dating back to 1874, the Leeds University Business School (LUBS) is a leading, full-service business school, world ranked by the Financial Times for its MBA, Masters in Finance and Masters in Management programmes, making it one of the most influential schools in Europe. It holds ‘Triple Crown’ accreditations from AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS, placing it in the top 1% of business schools globally.
Participants had to the opportunity to present innovative ideas to Senior Management that were developed as a result of this programme during the Graduation Ceremony held for the group. The group was addressed by Mr Norman Aquilina, Group Chief Executive and Mr Tone Thomas Vaduthala, Director of Executive Education Programmes, Leeds University before being presented with certificates for this programme.
