Ingredients

35ml premium tequila blanco
25ml pink grapefruit juice
15ml lime juice
10ml agave syrup
London Essence Pink Grapefruit Crafted Soda

Method

Measure all of your ingredients – except the soda – into a cocktail shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain the liquid over large ice cubes into a chilled salt-rimmed highball glass. Top up with London Essence Pink Grapefruit Crafted Soda and stir lightly to infuse the flavours. Garnish with pink grapefruit twist and basil for an irresistible citrus aroma with a herbal finish.
