Fantasyland is the kids area at The Farsons Great Beer Festival that celebrates the imagination and creative spirit of children. The festival runs until Sunday, 5th August 2007, entrance and parking are free and each night kicks off at 8pm. An open-air, ten day festival filled with fun and entertainment for all the family, The Farsons Great Beer Festival is eagerly awaited by thousands of Maltese and tourists.

Presented by Curtain Raiser, Fantasyland will offer children the opportunity to witness a broad spectrum of performances and an imaginative world of interactive arts, hands-on-workshops and exceptional live entertainment. Delivering an amazing range of performing arts to present an exciting program, and more than 15 different types of activities jam-packed with fun, and education.

Activities include a fantasy tent show featuring Sleeping Beauty and the Three Little Pigs, amongst others. Children will also have the opportunity to take photos with Mother Nature and Fairy Spring, they will experience story telling and take part in educational programs about recycling, healthy eating and oral hygiene.

Other highlights of Fantasyland include arts and crafts, face painting, Disney shows, Pinocchio and Winnie the Pooh and whole lot more to make, do and experience.

Tonight, 29 July: Train on skates, Fantasy Tent Show, arts and crafts, The Mermaid in the Shell storytelling, The Three Little Pigs with Little Red Riding Hood
Monday, 30 July: Robot, Educational Slot – Oral Hygiene, Pirates theme face-painting and treasure hunt, The Mermaid in the Shell storytelling, arts and crafts, stilt walker
Tuesday, 31 July: Winnie the Pooh Circle time, arts and crafts, music hands on for children, Fantasy Tent Show, The Mermaid in the Shell storytelling, Meet the Fairies
Wednesday, 1 August: Disney Show

Due to embellishment works being carried out at the main entrance to the park, the public is advised to follow the signs to the secondary entrance which is closer to the main car park and leads directly to the festival site.
