Apple & Blueberry is the latest addition to the J2O range of non-alcoholic juice drinks. The new flavour is set to further strengthen J2O’s leadership position by broadening the brand’s appeal to consumers.
Capitalising on consumers’ increasing demand for premium drinks, and the growing popularity of exotic flavours, J2O aims to generate renewed excitement in this category of premium drinks. Launched in the UK in 1998 in only three flavours, J20 has proved so popular that it is now available in six great-tasting varieties containing 50% juice - Orange & Passion Fruit, Apple & Mango, Apple & Melon, and Apple & Raspberry, Orange & Pomegranate and the new Apple & Blueberry.
“Many consumers are now becoming more adventurous in their tastes. Among the most sought after exotic ingredients are blueberries, mango, passion fruit and pomegranate. The colour of the blueberry fruit makes the bottle stand out from the other J2O flavours and looks new and refreshing. The blend of apple and blueberry is also an interesting combination,” said Lara Micallef, Brand Executive for J2O.
