The Board of Directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. (the “Company”) announces that trading in the Company’s 6.6% Bonds 2010-2012 will resume on Friday 18th June 2010.

Trading in this Bond was suspended on 04th May 2010 so as to give bondholders featuring on the register as at 6th May 2010 the option to surrender their holding of 6.6% SFC Bonds 2010-2012 in favour of the new 6% SFC Bonds 2017-2020 issued by way of a Prospectus dated 10th May 2010. This new Bond was today listed on the Malta Stock Exchange, pursuant to Council Notice No. 637 and trading in this Bond will also commence on Friday 18th June 2010.
