Thousands of visitors have already attended the first seven nights of the 30th edition of The Farsons Great Beer Festival to watch the performances of several of Malta’s leading bands and artists. Beer takes the centre stage at the open-air festival, which runs until Sunday, 1st August at Ta’ Qali Park, however this popular festival is also an important showcase for top Maltese talent.
“Live performances are integral to The Farsons Great Beer Festival. Thousands of visitors come to this free festival every night to watch their favourite artists perform. All this shows the public’s enthusiasm for Maltese talent,” said Ivan Filletti, Field Marketing Manager at Simonds Farsons Cisk plc.
Artists perform on two stages at the festival and the line-up for tonight and the coming days is as follows:
Tonight, 30th July:
Main Stage: Daniel Siconix, Chess, Glass House, Airport Impressions
Rock Stage: Bletchley Park, Cable 35, Juuls Reggae Party ft One Love Sound
Saturday, 31st July:
Main Stage: Thea, Brooke, Ira Losco
Rock Stage: The Freuds, BNI, Fire
Sunday, 1st August:
Main Stage: Kylie, Angele Cristina, Texanna, Thea Garrett, Joe Demicoli
Rock Stage: Areola Treat, Indigo, Fakawi
A variety of local beer brands are available at the festival, from the award-winning Cisk range of beers to the classic beers, Hopleaf Pale Ale and Blue Label Ale, together with other international beer brands such as Carlsberg, Budweiser, Guinness, Kilkenny, John Smith’s Extra Smooth, Beck’s, and Corona available at the Rock Area.
