Stephan Moesle, world-class mixologist and brand ambassador for Monin, recently presented a Brand Seminar in Malta, organised by Farsons Beverage Imports Company Limited (FBIC), newly-appointed representatives of the Monin brand.
Almost 100 bartenders from bars, hotels and restaurants participated at the event, which was held at the ITS conference room in St Julians. Working at lightning speed, Mr Moesle used a variety of Monin syrups, purees and sauces to prepare a number of beautifully presented cocktails, mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails), iced-teas, hot and cold coffee drinks and smoothies, which were sampled and well appreciated by the members of the audience.
The bartenders present, some of whom have many years of experience in their own right, were 'positively impressed' by Mr Moesle and his creations. Introducing the event, Mr Pierre Stafrace, General Manager of FBIC, commented that “Monin is a very well known brand, internationally recognised as the leading brand in its field due to the absolute quality of its products. The wide range of Monin is designed to give bartenders the best opportunity to prepare beverages which will be attractive and refreshing to consumers while allowing bartenders to exhibit their creative flair.”
