Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announces that the appointment of Mr Louis A. Farrugia, residing at Casa Navarra, St John Street, Wardija, St Paul’s Bay, Malta as Chairman of the Company with effect from the termination of the 64th Annual General Meeting on 23rd June 2011.

Mr Farrugia succeeds Mr Bryan A. Gera who did not seek re-election to the Board of directors at the 64th Annual General Meeting.
