Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announces the appointment of Ms Antoinette Caruana as Company Secretary with effect from 1st September 2011.

Ms Caruana, M.Sc. HRM, B.A. (Hons.) Business Management, F.C.I.P.D., has occupied the post of Farsons Group Human Resources Manager since 1st July 2009 and will retain overall responsibility for this function. She is also a member of the Farsons Group Executive Board.

Her other interests include involvement in the Chamber of Commerce as well as being a trustee of the Richmond Foundation. She is currently a Director of the Central Bank of Malta and also serves as Employers’ Representative on the Industrial Tribunal.
