Ms Donna Pace, Master Trainer of the de Bono Thinking Systems tools, addressing the creativity session held for Farsons Group management recently.

A creativity session with the theme ‘From Good to Great’ was recently held for members of Farsons Group management. The session was led by Ms Donna Pace, CEO of DP & Associates and a Master Trainer of the de Bono Thinking Systems tools, which are concerned with process improvement, organisational innovation, strategic leadership, individual creativity and problem solving for businesses, non-profit organisations and individuals. They are used by an estimated 600,000 people worldwide to achieve measurable results and maximise productivity.

The session was followed by a wine tasting event hosted by Farsons Beverage Imports Company Limited, a member of the Farsons Group.

Ms Antoinette Caruana, Group HR Manager for Farsons Group, explained that this session was a perfect opportunity to bring together members of management of the different Group companies before the year’s end. She added, “The thought-provoking session by Donna will surely encourage our management team to ensure that Farsons continues to stand out in the crowd, and will strengthen the values which have made us who we are and continue to drive us in the future.”
