Notice is given that the 67^th Annual General Meeting of Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. shall be convened on Wednesday 18^th June, 2014.

Nominations for the election of Directors in terms of Article 97 of the Articles of Association are to be submitted to the Company Secretary as from Monday 21^st April, 2014 and not later than noon of Monday 5^th May, 2014.
