Valentina Buoso, winemaker for Pascal Jolivet wines from the Loire valley, will be hosting a winemaker’s dinner at Tartarun restaurant, on the 23rd May. This will be a great opportunity to meet a talented winemaker and learn more about one of the most popular wine regions in France.
The house of Pascal Jolivet is one of the most dynamic domains in the Loire Valley and is renowned worldwide for its quality wines. Since being set up 1982, Pascal Jolivet has, over the years, acquired prominent plots within the Sancerre and Pouilly Fume sub zones, giving him the ability to produce quality wine with minimal intervention and chemical adjustments.
The philosophy within Pascal Jolivet winery favours a natural way of winemaking. There are no chemicals used to clarify the wine, but only temperature control. Young winemaker Valentina Buoso works with organic grapes, and strives to preserve the individuality of each terroir.
Pascal Jolivet wines are represented by Farsons Beverage Imports Company Limited. For reservations please contact Tartarun restaurant directly.
