Notice is given that the 69th Annual General Meeting of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc shall be convened on Tuesday 28th June 2016.

Nominations for the election of Directors in terms of Article 97 of the Articles of Association are to be submitted to the Company Secretary as from Monday 2nd May 2016 and not later than noon of Monday 16th May 2016.
