Notice is given that the 71st Annual General Meeting of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc shall be convened on Thursday 21st June 2018.

Nominations for the election of Directors in terms of Article 97 of the Articles of Association are to be submitted to the Company Secretary as from Wednesday, 2nd May 2018 and not later than noon of Wednesday, 16th May 2018.
