Following the company’s expansion, Food Chain Limited, operators of Pizza Hut, Burger King and KFC will be organizing a recruitment day on Saturday 9th April at the Intercontinental Hotel, St Julian’s, between 9.30 am and 5.30pm. The scope of this recruitment drive is to recruit crew for the busy summer season, as well as to fill newly available management positions, due to the new restaurant openings earlier this year.
The company is forecasting to employ a further 250 employees including Managers, Supervisors, Crew Members and Delivery Bikers. Applicants must have a secondary level of education, be proficient in English and have a smart and outgoing personality.
On the day, applicants will be able to fill in the necessary paperwork and attend an interview with one of the Restaurant Managers. “Food Chain Limited offers ongoing in house training which helps in developing our team,” said Mr John Bonello Ghio, Group Head of Food Business at Farsons Group. “We believe in offering our staff opportunities to progress within the company. In fact, a number of our managers started off as crew members and gradually reached new heights in their career with Food Chain,” said Alexis Delmar, Human Resources Executive.
