Farsons Beverage Imports Company (FBIC) Limited recently hosted the Jacob’s Creek BBQ at Radisson Blu Resort’s top restaurant, Essence. Jacob's Creek is one of the most well-known, trusted and enjoyed Australian wine brands around the world. It delivers fresh, elegant and great tasting wines that show true varietal character, which perfectly matched the food served in the relaxed atmosphere on the Essence terrace.
Guests kicked off with a Jacob’s Creek bubbly Chardonnay-Pinot Noir and a selection of bite-size salads. Essence’s chefs then thrilled the crowd with fresh tuna carving and live BBQ cooking which included rib eye with fresh rosemary, balsamic and mint marinated lamb chops, jacket potatoes with sour cream and more. All this paired with Jacob’s Creek’s Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Shiraz Reserve.
